‘Tear Down This Wall'
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the German School Washington, D.C. used a rebuilt wall – given to the school by the German Embassy in Washington, D.C. and completely divided the school building into an eastern and a western part, recreating the feeling of separation and the lack of freedom.

Bucknell Men's Water Polo Falls to No. 10 Navy, 10-5
ANNAPOLIS, Md. - No. 17 Bucknell outscored 10th-ranked Navy 5-4 in the second and third quarters, but the Mids shut out the Bison by a combined 6-0 score in the first and fourth quarters as the Bucknell men's water polo team lost to Navy by a 10-5 margin Saturday afternoon at McDonough Hall.

DSW Alumnus gains fame as water polo goalie
Alumnus Luke Belenky (Class of 2004), currently at Bucknell University in Pennsylvania , made six saves in goal for the Bucknell Bison. He now has 65 saves this season. Belenky, the son of former English teacher Nicole Belenky, is a junior and majoring in civil engineering.
